The Hall was at one time a 1940's dance hall and the original dance floor has been restored to its craftsman beauty.
Fully environmentally controlled, Stage Lighting, PA System with CD Music and Food Prep Area at your disposal. Front and Rear entrance. Seats up to 150 guest . Tables and Chairs up to 100. If more than 100, we have vendors to assist with rentals.

Austin Hall is is banquet facility located at 113 N. Main street, Sylvania and is being rented for Business Meetings, Family Reunions, Parties, Receptions, Weddings and Rehersal Dinners.

Ample parking on the street or in city parking lots located adjacent and behind Austin Hall.

Although pricing may vary, the following provides a guideline for the use of Austin Hall:

$100.00 Security Deposit Required for all rentals and is refundable

Groups up to 25                                 $100.00
Groups up to 26 to 50                       $150.00
Groups up to 51 to 100                     $200.00
Groups up to 101 to 150                   $300.00

Table Cloths (White) available for rent $3.00 each.
